Check processing, app record, and eligibility before uploading the same archive repeatedly.

Try these fixes in order

01

Check correct app

Verify bundle identifier and app record in App Store Connect.

02

Inspect build processing

A successful transport upload can still be processing or fail validation later.

03

Review required details

Complete compliance, beta information, and tester access steps where applicable.

04

Wait and inspect notices

Use App Store Connect’s build status and email for the precise rejection or processing issue.

Interpret what you see

The upload completed but the build says Processing

What it suggests: Transport success is not TestFlight availability.

Next check: Wait for processing and check App Store Connect status or processing email.

The build belongs to another app record

What it suggests: Bundle identifier or team differs from the record you are viewing.

Next check: Match the archive’s bundle ID and App Store Connect app exactly.

The build exists but testers cannot select it

What it suggests: Eligibility, compliance, group assignment, or beta review may be incomplete.

Next check: Open the build’s TestFlight details and complete the specific missing requirement.

Why this happens

  • The build is still processing or failed processing.
  • A different app record or incomplete beta setup hides it from the expected view.

Still not working?

Processing and eligibility are separate. Confirm the uploaded build belongs to the intended app and appears in App Store Connect before troubleshooting tester visibility.
